摘要
采用微波消解ICP-MS电感耦合等离子体质谱法对广西不同产地4种中药材中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu、As、Hg、S b、Sn等8种重金属的含量分析测定,研究了广西中药重金属空间分布特征及草药中重金属含量状况。结果表明,各元素线性良好,相关系数均>0.9992;相对标准偏差(n=11)≤3.6%;八种重金属元素检出限范围为0.0001~0.003μg/L。研究发现同种药材不同产地的重金属含量差异较大,部分产地金银花中镉含量超标严重,需引起重视。
The contents of Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, As, Hg, Sb, Sn in traditional Chinese medicine from different habitat s were determined, and the distribution characteristics of different herbal medicines were studied and discussed as well. A good linear relationship was obtained, the limits of detections were in the range of 0.0001-0.003μg.L^-1 , r〉0.9992, RSD〈3.6%;The results indicated that the contents of heavy metals are quite different in the same kind of herb from differ- ent origins. It should be paid more attention to that the contents of cadmium in honeysuckle from parts Habitat are serious over standard.
