摘要
目的:评价三维重建与快速成型技术应用于复杂性骨折诊断与治疗中的价值。方法:对23例复杂性骨折患者利用Mimics软件三维重建,快速成型制作出1:1大小的实体模型,依此对骨折做出明确的诊断,制定手术方案,术前模拟手术,指导手术治疗。结果:术中所见与虚拟三维重建图像及快速成型骨盆模型非常相似,术前的模拟手术使手术时间明显缩短,减少了术中失血和麻醉药量。23例患者均获得了良好的骨折复位,内固定器械的植入更加直观和准确。结论:计算机辅助快速成型技术对于复杂性骨折的诊断及治疗均有很强的临床指导作用。
Objective: Clinical application of the patients with complicated fracture using computer-aided and rapid prototyping technology. Methods: 23 patients with complicated fracture were designed using mimics software, The method can diagnosis accurate of fracture and surgical planning, preoperative surgical simulation to guide the surgical treatment. Results: three dimensional reconstruction imaging are similar with RP model.this technology will reduce the surgical time as was observed in our cases. This consequently, will lower the requirement of an anesthetic dosage and decrease the intraoperative blood loss. Conclusions: To design individual models with computeraided design technology is a useful method for treatment of complicated fracture.
