人工流产术时和月经7天内放置曼月乐的临床效果比较 被引量：5

摘要 目的比较人工流产术时即时放置曼月乐(左炔诺酮宫内缓释系统)和月经第7天内放置曼月乐的临床效果。方法观察组2011年2～12月早孕患者自愿行人工流产术时即时放置曼月乐72例,对照组月经来潮第7天内放置曼月乐81例,随访时间为6个月,对其避孕效果及副反应进行临床观察比较。结果观察组和对照组均带环怀孕率为0,副反应(闭经率、点滴出血率、脱落率、满意率),各项相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曼月乐是一种安全、可靠的宫内节育系统,更适用于人工流产即时放置,值得推广。
