妊娠前、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女1173例骨密度检测分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究妊娠前、妊娠期及哺乳期妇女骨密度,并分析结果。方法:对广州市荔湾区1173例妊娠前、妊娠期及哺乳期女性进行骨密度分析,并参照1994年WHO制定的骨量减少及骨质疏松标准进行骨质疏松评判。结果:妊娠组与哺乳期组骨密度与妊娠前组比较均有所降低,且差异显著(P<0.05);妊娠组与哺乳期组骨质疏松发生率也明显提高,后者发生几率更大。结论:妇女在妊娠期及哺乳期骨密度降低明显,骨质疏松发生率明显增加。
