摘要
在激光切割加工中,辅助气体的主要作用是从切口排出氧化反应所产生的热量和熔融材料。本文论述了辅助气体的类型、压力和喷嘴孔径设计等对激光切割加工质量的影响。实验证明碳钢的切割质量与吹氧压力有关;不锈钢氧切割辅助气压不能低于0.2MPa,不锈钢氮切割辅气压不能低于0.8MPa,收敛型结构的喷嘴可以获得更好的加工效果。
In the processing of laser cutting,the main function of auxiliary gas is discharge the heat from oxidation reaction and melted materials.The paper discusses the effect of the types of auxiliary gases,pressure and the designing of nozzle's dimension on the quality laser cutting.The results show the quality of carbon steel is related to the pressure of oxygen blowing.It is not that the larger the pressure is the better.The auxiliary oxygen cutting pressure for stainless steel can not be lower than 0.2 Mpa,and auxiliary nitrogen cutting pressure for stainless steel can not be lower than 0.8 Mpa.The nozzle of convergent structure has better cutting effect.
