摘要 基于Wilhelmy法,组建了纤维/树脂动态润湿测量系统,研究了单一玻璃纤维/树脂的动态接触角测量方法,分析了润湿过程及其特征。结果表明,单一ECT玻璃纤维/CYD128环氧树脂润湿体系为混合润湿,其动态接触角的适宜测量参数为:浸入速度0.03mm/s,检测阈值0.08mg,浸入深度1.5mm。 Fiber/resin dynamic wetting measurement system based on Wilhelmy method was set up. Dynamic contact angle measuring method for single glass fiber/resin was designed, and the wetting process and its characteristics were analyzed. Relatively, it is shown that single ECT glass fiber/epoxide resin system tends to mixing wetting and its optimized testing conditions are wetting speed 0. 03mm/s, detection threshold 0.08mg and the immersion depth 1.5mm.
