非扩髓肱骨髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗肱骨干骨折疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较非扩髓肱骨髓内钉(UHN)与锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法将126例肱骨干骨折患者分别采用UHN(67例)和LCP(59例)治疗,观察两组手术情况、术后恢复情况及并发症情况。结果UHN组手术时间及术中出血量均明显低于LCP组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.965、9.322,P〈0.05);UHN组平均愈合时间短于LCP组(t=4.665,P〈0.05),而两组肩关节NERR评分和肘关节HSS评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);两组术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论UHN与LCP均是理想的治疗肱骨干骨折方法,但是UHN手术时间更短、出血量更少、愈合时间更短,对于手术耐受差的患者,UHN可作为首选。
