PVC/POE-g-MAH合金的力学性能研究

摘要 以通用型PVC树脂为基体,在增塑剂DOP的作用下,使用连续的POE-g-MAH,通过双螺杆挤出机对其进行共混改性,研究了POE-g-MAH的含量对PVC复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明:合金的整体力学性能出现了由脆-韧的明显转变。在其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、缺口冲击强度及无缺口冲击强度方面作用非常明显。随着POE-g-MAH的增加,材料的拉伸强度呈下降趋势,而断裂伸长率先增加后降低再增加,在POE-g-MAH量达到5%时,性能达到最佳值。缺口冲击强度及无缺口冲击强度也呈现增强趋势。 Took the general PVC resin as the substrate, under the plasticizer DOP function, used continual POE-g-MAH, carried on the blending modification through the double screw rod extruding machine to it, had studied the POE-g-MAH content to the PVC compound materials mechanical properties influence. The results showed that: The alloy overall mechanical properties appeared transformed obviously by crisp - strong Bolivia. In its longitudinal strength, the break elongation ratio, the gap shock strength and the non-gap shock strength aspect affects is obvious. Along with POE-g-MAH increase, the material longitudinal strength assumes the declining trend, but after the rupture elongation takes the lead increases, to reduce increases again, when the POE-g-MAH quantity achieves 5 %, the performance achieves the best value. The gap shock strength and the non-gap shock strength also present the enhancement tendency.
