摘要
结合我国公路工程建设管理现状,针对工程建设管理中存在的项目立项不科学、违法招投标、合同签订不规范等问题进行了分析,并提出了加强工程管理的具体措施,以指导实践。
Combining with the management status in road engineering construction of China, the study analyzes some problems in the engineering construction management, including the unscientific program application, the illegal bidding, and irregular contract signing, and points out some factual measures to strengthen the engineering management, so as to direct the practice.
