摘要
针对国内煤矿井下排水系统自动化程度低、可靠性差和工人劳动强度大等问题,设计了一种智能型煤矿井下排水监控系统;该系统结合PLC控制技术、组态王技术、工业以太网技术,以及模糊自适应PID控制算法,通过检测水仓水位和其它参数,实现了煤矿排水的全自动化控制、远程监控、无人值守、水泵自动轮换等功能,保证了煤矿排水系统的安全,提高了煤矿生产的效率;试验结果表明模糊自适应控制器具有良好的控制效果,提高了系统的动态性能;实践证明该系统设计合理,整体运行安全可靠、故障率低、节电效果明显。
Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as the low automation, low reliability and huge labor intensity of coal mine drainage system in China, the article designs an intelligent monitoring system of coal mine drainage. The system combines PLC control technology, Kingview technology, industrial Ethernet and adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm. Through the detection of water storage levels and other parame- ters, the system realizes full automatic control, remote monitoring, unattended, automatic rotation of the pump functions of coal mine drain- age system, and improves the safety and efficiency of coal production. The results show that adaptive fuzzy controller has good control effect, therefore improving the dynamic performance of the system. Practice has proved that the system is reasonable, safe, reliable, low failure rate and energy-- saving.
