摘要
针对变压整流器维护中存在的不足和困难,比较了不同平台的技术特点,提出了基于Compact RIO平台+触摸屏式计算机的变压整流器负载检查仪的总体架构和设计功能,详细分析了检查仪的硬件集成和基于LabVIEW的软件开发方案,采用固态继电器控制20个大功率电阻负载模拟真实大负载加电过程,采用霍尔型电流传感器测量变压整流器输出的大电流,实时采集模拟负载加电过程中的电压和电流,判断给出其超差情况;通过双机通信,触摸屏式计算机实时直观地显示其负载电压和电流的变化曲线。
By comparing the technology character of different platform, the overall structure of vertoro's load tester based on Compac- tRIO platform and touch panel computer is proposed to solve the deficiencies and difficulties in maintenance. The hardware integration and LabVIEW--based software development solutions of vertoro's Load tester are analyzed in detail. It is simulated to achieve real large power load by 20 high--power resistive load controlled by solid--state relay, and Hall--type current sensor is used to measure high output current of vertoro. The voltage and current of simulated load are real--timely acquisited by the tester, and the result of their tolerances is judged. The curve of voltage and current is visually displayed on touch panel computer by communication with CompactRIO platform.
