摘要
志愿者服务与管理是一个创新的管理理念,该文通过论证引入志愿者服务理念的意义,对志愿者团队的管理和创新进行了探讨。高校图书馆是学校的文献信息中心,应本着以人为本的服务理念,建立高校图书馆服务平台,通过为读者解决实际问题体现图书馆存在的价值;以组建高校图书馆志愿者服务团队的模式,来解决图书馆不能满足读者日益增长的服务要求的困境。
The University library is the center of literature and information. Its value is realized through the establishment of the university library service platform, in principle of people-oriented service, to solve the practical problems for the readers. Build the model of university library service team of volunteers, to meet the growing service requirements from the readers. The volunteer service and management is an inno- vative management concept. The paper puts forward the concept of volunteer service and its significance, and discusses the management and innovation of volunteers team.
