摘要
在总结国外主要国家保障性住房的表现形式和内容的基础上,以时间为线索,从空间布局、空间组织和空间融合3个方面,详细评述了其应对住房短缺所采取的一系列手段,以为我国现阶段大规模建设的保障性住房提供一些实例的借鉴和启示。
Based on the summarization of the form and content of indemnificatory housing in some countries, this paper details the measures about spatial layout, spatial organization and spatial assimilation, etc. to deal with the shortage of housing in different historic stage. These will be reference and enlightenment for domestic large-scale construction of indemnificatory housing.
