摘要 黄沙岭特长隧道在掘进中出现大量涌水,致使掌子面一度停止施工;同时涌水对围岩和初期支护冲刷和侵蚀较为严重,加上该段围岩稳定性较差,给施工生产带来极大的安全隐患。通过对涌水状况分析,采取了上下断面短台阶开挖,增加超前管棚加固和注水泥浆提前堵水等措施,并在拱脚增设注浆小导管,防排水相结合,从而顺利地完成涌水段施工。 Water bursting occurred in Huangshaling Super Long Tunnel excavation,which results in the stop of tunnel face construction and serious scour and erosion to the rocks and early support;due to the weak stability of the surrounding rocks,it brings an security risk to the construction.By the water bursting condition analysis,the high and low cross section short stair excavation is adopted together with increased the advancing pipe-roof reinforcement and injected cement to shut off water in advance and so on measures,and additional grouting small pipes at the arch foot.The combination of the waterproof and drainage ensure smooth construction of the bursting water section.
