加强医院人才队伍建设,是医院发展的根本,是医院核心竞争力的体现,是关系到医院可持续发展至关重要的战略。面对当前医院发展中存在的机遇和挑战,医院坚持以科学发展观为指导,出台了一系列人才建设新举措,加强人才培养,实施英才培养计划,促进了医院可持续发展。
Human resource is the basic and key factors for hospital sustainable development and is the identification of hospital core competition. Basic on the opportunities and challenges on hospital development under current environment and guided by the view of Scientific Outlook of Development, Xuanwu Hospital implements a series of measures to strengthen human resoures training in order to promote hospital sustainable development.
