摘要
目的:探讨压力管理对三级综合医院医务人员社会支持及应对方式的影响,以期为提升医务人员应对技能,有效利用社会支持提供依据。方法:应用社会支持评定量表和简易应对方式问卷对1178例医务人员进行测评、分析。结果:干预前后比较,主观支持及社会支持总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);在积极应对方式上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:压力管理能促使医务人员采取积极的应对策略和有效利用社会支持。
Objectives: To explore the impact of stress-management for medical staff in social support and coping style in general tertiary hospital to give evidence on improving medical staff's coping skills and effective utilizing social support. Methods: 1178 medical staffs were selected to have social support revalued se, ale and simple coping ways questionnaire. Results: Subjeetive support, total social support and positive eoping style were significantly different before and after intervention ( P〈0.01 ) . Conclusion: Stress-management can help medical staff taking an active coping style and effectively using social support.
