摘要
用传统文化的视角去观照,秘书专业教师除了必备的知识储备和教学技能外,还要具备强烈的教育使命感和责任心,及对教育理想的不断追求。当前秘书专业教师的职业道德意识淡漠、人文素养缺失等现象令人担忧,必须牢固树立科学教育与人文素养教育并重的理念,营造氛围,激发潜力,确立明确目标,转变思想观念,以深厚的人文情怀培育出适应时代发展的合格秘书专业教师。
In the traditional cultural point of view, the teachers of secretary specialty must have strong education sense of mission and sense of responsibility as well as the pursuit of the ideal of education in addition to the necessary knowledge reserves and teaching skills. The phenomenon of indifferent ethics awareness and lack of humanistic quality in the secretary specialty teachers make us worry. We must firmly build up the concept that scientific education and humane quality education is equal, and we must build the environment to stimulate, must establish clear objectives and change concept. Qualified secretary professional teachers are to be cultivated with profound humanistic feelings so that they can meet the demand of the time.
