不同基肥对药用百合生长特性及产量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨不同肥料做基肥施用对药用百合生长发育和产量的影响。方法:以药用百合品种卷丹为供试材料,在大田条件下设置4种施基肥处理:化肥、普通有机肥、稀土有机肥和多元有机肥,测定各处理条件下药用百合株高、叶长、叶宽、功能叶片数和药用百合产量。统计分析,比较4种施基肥处理的效果。结果:施用化肥做基肥的处理,在苗期和生长旺期,百合株高高于其他各有机肥处理;多元有机肥和稀土有机肥处理的植株在现蕾期后,株高高于化肥处理的;各有机肥处理的叶长、叶宽、功能叶片数、产量均高于化肥处理,其中多元有机肥处理达到了显著水平。结论:以化肥做基肥,在生育前期能促进百合生长发育;合理的施用多元有机肥对促进百合生长发育、提高百合的产量具有明显的效应。 Objective :To investigate the effects of different base fertilizers on growth development and yield of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.. Methods: The plant of L. lancifoliumwho were grown in fieldwas used as tested materials. Four different fertilization treatments, including chemical fertilizer, organic fertilizer, rare earth organic fertilizer and muhielement organic fertilizer, were conducted. The effect of different treatments on growth characters and bulb yields of L. lancifolium were investigated. Results: Use chemical fertilizer as a base fertilizer can improve stem height of L. lancifolium at the seedling stage and growth stage. The chemical fertilizer was better than any other three organic fertilizers. The stem height with muhielement organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer was higher than that with fertilizer treatment; the organic fertilizer treatment of L. lancifolium leaf length and leaf width and number of functional leaves and yield was higher than that under fertilizer treatment and reached significant level such as the muhielement organic fertilizer treatment in bud stage. Conclusion: Chemical fertilizer as a base fertilizercan promote growth and development of Lilium lancifolinm Thunb. in the early growth stage; Muhielement organic fertilizer can significantly improve the yield of Lilium lancifolinm Thunb..
