摘要
目的比较Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错及正畸治疗后患者与个别正常的咬合力差异,为正畸临床诊断和术后稳定性评价提供参考。方法于2006年1月至2008年12月选择来大连大学附属口腔医院正畸科就诊的无正畸治疗史的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错患者110例及正畸治疗后患者42例,另选择个别正常志愿者28名。采用T-ScanⅡ咬合力分析系统,对其力总值进行比较分析。结果Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类错的力总值均低于个别正常(P<0.05);正畸治疗后患者虽获得良好的咬合关系,力总值增加,但与个别正常比较,差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论正畸治疗可改善咬合关系,增加力总值,但与个别正常的力总值仍有差异,推断牙齿在建立良好的咬合关系后,仍需要一定时间的咬合面磨合、神经肌肉的改建,才能更好地发挥咬合功能。
Objective To compare the total occlusal force change among normal occlusion, different malocclusions, and post-treatment patients for the clinical diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment stability. Methods Totally 110 healthy volunteers with skeletal class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion without any tooth and periodontal disease were chosen randomly, and the skeletal class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion cases were 59,26 and 25, respectively. Twenty-eight volunteers were with normal teeth and periodontal condition without orthodontic treatment history;42 post-treatment patients finished in Dalian University Stomatology Hospital were with normal occlusal relation without space and tooth missing from 2006 January to 2008 December, The change of total oeelusal force in different malocclusion and normal occlusion were determined by T-Scan Ⅱ occlusal analysis system. The total ocelusal force of each group was compared by SPSS16.0 statistical analysis. Results Total occlusal force of skeletal class Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion was smaller than that found in normal ocelusion(P 〈 0.05 ). Although total oeclusal force after orthodontic treatment was improved, it was smaller than occlusal force at normal occlusion. Conclusion Total occlusal force of skeletal class Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ malocclusion is smaller than that found in normal occlusion. Although orthodontic treatment can improve total ocelusal force and occlusal contact, better occlusal relation may be changed by masticatory reproducibility and changing of physiologic occlusal contact.
