摘要
目的:建立微分脉冲伏安法测定注射用头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠中头孢哌酮钠含量的方法。方法:分析复方制剂在电化学循环伏安法和微分脉冲法下的不同伏安行为,确定最佳实验条件和测定方法。结果:在250 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钠缓冲液中他唑巴坦钠没有响应,头孢哌酮钠检测质量浓度在13.7~171.4 mg·L-1与其峰电流值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),最低检测限为2.58 mg·L-1,回收率(n=6,RSD 1.67%)97.8%~102.3%。结论:该方法可有效消除他唑巴坦钠对测定头孢哌酮钠的干扰,可用于注射用头孢哌酮钠他唑巴坦钠中头孢哌酮钠的含量测定。灵敏度高,耗材少,重复性可靠。
Objective: To develop a method to determine cefoperazone sodium in compound injection of cefoperazone sodium and tazobactam sodium by differentiated pulse voltammetry.Method: The different electrochemical behaviors of cefoperazone sodium was analyied by electrochemical analysis methods of cyclic voltammetry and differentiated pulse voltammetry to optimize the analytical method and conditions.Result: The tazobactam sodium in the compound injection had no response in the buffer solution of 250 mmol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate,cefoperazone sodium was in good linear relation with its peak current at a concentration range of 13.7-171.4 mg·L-1(r=0.999 4);the lowest detectable limit was 2.58 mg·L-1 and the recovery rate was up to 97.8%-102.3%.Conclution: The method can eliminated the interference of tazobactam sodium for the determination of cefoperazone sodium.The content of cefoperazone sodium in compound injection could be determined by the method.The method has high sensitivity,less cost and reliable reproducibility.
