摘要
目的:探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血糖波动与心率变异性的相关性。方法:选择64例冠心病合并T2DM患者为观察组,应用Holter监测中的HF、LF、SDNN、pNN50等指标,对患者血糖波动前后的心率变异性(HRV)进行对比分析,并与64例正常人群做对照。结果:观察组患者血糖波动前HF、LF、SDNN、pNN50指标明显高于血糖波动后(P<0.05);但与对照组相比,血糖波动前各项HRV指标仍较低。结论:冠心病合并T2DM患者血糖波动后HRV减小,即血糖波动会造成心脏的植物神经功能受损。
Objective： To analyze the relationship between blood glucose fluctuation and heart rate variability（HRV） of patients with coronary heart disease（CHD） and type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM）.Methods： A total of 64 CHD and T2DM patients were selected as observation group.HF,LF,SDNN,pNN50 etc were monitored by Holter,and relationship between HRV and blood glucose fluctuation was analyzed.Another 64 healthy persons were chosen as control group.The indexes of were compared between two groups.Results：Compared to pre-fluctuation,HF,LF,SDNN,pNN50 of post-fluctuation were significantly higher（P〈0.05）.Compared to control group,LF,HF,SDNN,pNN50 of pre-fluctuation were singnicantly lower（P〈0.05）.Conclusions： Blood glucose fluctuation could reduce HRV of the patients with CHD and T2DM and induce the damage to cardiac autonomic nerve function.
