Technical and Economic Assessment Methods and Indexes for UHV Power Grid

摘要 特高压作为一种新的电压等级,需要建立科学客观的技术经济方法与指标。建立了特高压电网技术经济评价方法,在将特高压电网发展评估划分为协调、可靠、优质、高效、经济、社会共6个子系统的基础上,分别建立了三级指标,并进行了解释说明。以特高压电网规划为例,应用指标体系对特高压电网各阶段的目标网架进行了技术经济评价。 As for UHV, the new voltage class, it is urgent to establish a scientific and objective assessment system in terms of technology and economy. Firstly, technical and economic assessment methods for UHV grid are proposed. Then the assessment of UHV grid development is divided into 6 sub-systems: coordination, reliability, quality, efficiency, economy and society. From above 6 aspects, the paper establishes and explains three-class indexes respectively. Finally, exemplified by the UHV grid planning, the index system is applied to make technical and economic assessment of the target grid at each stage of UHV power grid.
