摘要 为了比较明胶中铬含量多种测定方法的优劣性和适用性,分别采用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法、火焰原子吸收法、石墨炉原子吸收法、电感耦等离子体原子发射光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱对特殊样品A和B、实际样品进行测定。结果表明,分光光度法、火焰原子吸收光谱法会受样品中铬元素存在形态的影响,而导致测定结果的不准确;石墨炉原子吸收光谱法、电感耦等离子体原子发射光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法有较好的检出限,不受干扰,稳定性能满足检测要求,准确度好,相互间测定结果的对照良好,均可在日常检测中使用。 In order to compare the Advantages, disadvantages and ap- plicability of determining gelatin chromium contents by various methods , using diphenyl hydrazine spectrophotometry, flame atom- ic absorption spectrometry, graphite furnace atomic absorption spec trometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrome- ter and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry to test Chro mium on specific sample A and B, actualing samples. The results showed that diphenyl hydrazine spectrophotometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry were susceptible to samples of the influence of the existing chrome elements form. graphite furnace atomic ab sorption spectrometry, Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry own good detection limit, stable performance meet detection require- ments, accuracy, could use in our daily testing.
