转DREB3基因抗旱大豆对土壤理化性状的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Transgenic Drought Resistant Soybean Containing DREB3 Gene to Soil Physical and Chemical Properties

摘要 采用盆栽试验方法,在正常水分管理和干旱胁迫条件下研究了转DREB3基因抗旱大豆对土壤理化性状的影响。结果表明:转DREB3基因抗旱大豆对土壤主要物理性状土粒密度和土壤容重无显著影响,对根际土壤碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾和有机质含量等主要化学性状无显著影响。转DREB3基因抗旱大豆的种植不会带来对土壤主要理化性状的不利影响。 The effects of transgenic drought resistant soybean which contains DREB3 gene to soil physical and chemical properties were investigated in pot experiment under normal water content and drought stress. The results showed that transgenic drought resistant soybean had no significant effects on soil physical properties such as parti- cle density and soil volume weight. There were also no effects on soil chemical properties such as alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium and organic matter content. The drought resistant soybean contai- ning DREB3 gene could not make adverse impact on major soil physical and chemical properties
