摘要
针对在役球磨机的状态监测,设计并研制了一种基于Zigbee协议无线传输技术的应变式传动轴扭矩测量装置。确定系统方案,选择并设计了应变式传感器的信号调理电路;设计了基于Zigbee 2430的信号采集与无线传输模块,实现测试信号的采集和无线传输;制作了基于数据无线传输的应变式扭矩测量装置,并在某球磨机上进行了灵敏度标定试验,系统的灵敏度为0.89 V/(N.m),非线性误差小于满量程的0.5%。
Aiming at condition monitoring of in-service ball mill, a strain type torque measuring device for its transmission shaft was designed based on Zigbee wireless transmission technology. The system scheme was confirmed. The signal conditioning circuit was designed for strain type sensors. The module of signal collection and wireless transmission was designed based on Zigbee 2430 to realize collection and wireless transmission of the measured signals. The strain type torque measuring device was developed. The sensitivity calibration test was made on some ball mill. The test results show that the system sensitivity is 0. 89 V/Nm and non-linear error is less than 0. 5% F. S.
