Determination of 5 Volatile Organic Compounds in Coatings by Headspace Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了卷烟辅材用油墨中16种挥发性有机物(VOCs)的顶空气相色谱分析方法。对平衡温度、平衡时间等实验条件进行了优化。油墨样品经80℃、45 min静态顶空后,通过VOCOL色谱柱分离和FID检测器检测,外标法定量。结果表明,方法的线性相关系数均大于0.99,回收率为89.31%~112.05%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.24%~4.08%范围内。将该法用于油墨中16种VOCs含量的测定,部分样品被检出。该方法简单快速、准确灵敏,适用于实际样品中16种VOCs的检测。 A headspace (HS)coupled with gas chromatography method was developed for the determination of 16 re- sidual volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in printing ink of cigarette accessory material, qlae experimental conditions, such as equilibrium temperature and time, were optimized. The samples were treated at 80℃ for 90 min, then separated on VOCOL capillary column(60 m×0.32 mm×1.8μm), and determined by FID with the external standard method. The results indicated that the recoveries were in the range of 89.31% -112.05% with relative standard deviations( RS- Ds) of 1.24% -4.08%. The method was used to determine 16 VOCs printing ink samples of cigarette accessory material. The result indicated that the proposed method was simple, accurate, rapid and sensitive and could be applied in the rapid analysis of residual VOCs in various coatings.
