摘要
对于沥青类产品的防塌(即封堵)性能的评价至今仍然没有专用的实验仪器,只能通过测量其滤失量间接地进行评价,不能真实反映此类产品的作用效果。研制出了沥青封堵模拟实验装置,可以在模拟井下温度、压力和地层状态的条件下,通过实验温度、压力、漏失液量和封堵时间等实验参数,综合评价沥青类防塌产品的防塌封堵性能。经过实验验证,该仪器可以用于检测、评价沥青类处理剂的封堵性能,且重复性好,能比较直观地反映封堵效果,对于产品的质量分级、评价和防塌配方优选都具有重要意义;不同的产品耐受温度或压力的能力不同,封堵效果不同,因而适用的钻井工程条件亦不相同;在软化点附近抗压强度较大。
The filtration rate test can not reflect the sealing effect of asphalt agent, however, there is no special experimentalapparatus to evaluate it. In this paper, a type of sealing simulation experimental apparatus is developed, which can simulatedownhole temperature, formation pressure and other formation conditions to evaluate sealing performance by differentparameters of temperature, pressure, filtration rate and sealing time. The experimental results show that the apparatus canbe used to test and evaluate sealing performance of asphalt agent, and it has good repeatability, which can reflect the sealingeffect illustratively. Moreover, a sealing performance of asphalt agent is found that the compressing strength of asphaltagent reaches the highest level around softening point as different product composition.
