摘要
目的:探讨中医药治疗胰腺癌的研究进展。方法:收集近10 a来中医学关于胰腺癌病名、病因病机、治疗方法的相关文献,并进行整理、归纳和分析。结果:历代医家对胰腺癌的认识略有差异,但对胰腺癌的主要临床证候特征认识趋于一致,即腹中积块、黄疸及疼痛。现代中医药在胰腺癌的辨证论治、辨病论治、对症治疗、心理治疗等治疗方面取得了长足进展。结论:中医药治疗胰腺癌可以改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。
Objective：To investigate the TCM understanding and treatment of pancreatic cancer. Methods：The relevant literatures of the TCM name, pathogenesis and treatment of pancreatic cancer during nearly 10 years were collected, organized, summarized and analyzed. Results ：The medical understanding of pancreatic cancer by the ancient physicians through the ages was slightly different but the knowledge about the main clinical syndrome and symptomatic characteristics was consistent, ie, abdominal mass ,jaundice and pain. Modem Chinese medicine had made considerable progress in the syndrome differentiation and treatment, disease differentiation and treatment, symptomatic treatment,psychotherapy and other treatments for pancreatic cancer. Conclusion：Using Chinese medicine for the treatment of pancreatic cancer may improve the clinical symptoms ,enhance patients＇ quality of life and prolong survival period.
