摘要
片段教学已成为教学教研、评估教师素质、展示教师教学才华和招聘新教师的重要手段之一。在设计和演绎两个方面,对片段教学的特点、目标确定、内容设计等方面做了探索,旨在通过对小学综合实践片段教学的研究促进综合实践常态化教学的提高。
Micro-teaching has become one of the important means in teaching research, assessing teachers" quality, showing their teaching talent and recruiting new teachers. In the two aspects of design and deduction, this paper discusses the characteristics of micro-teaching, the establishment of goals and the design of content with a view to promoting the improvement of the normalization of the teaching of the Integrated Practical Activity through the study of micro-teaching.
