摘要
近年来,博士生招生规模的快速扩张凸显了博士生教育质量保障问题。我国现行博士生教育质量保障制度过于强调行政化管理,制度本身存在固有缺陷,同时还受嵌入的相关制度丛的影响;博士生教育培养活动的主要载体——师生教育科研共同体受其所在行政管理体系、学术共同体和社会体系三种不同逻辑的影响,这三种逻辑的矛盾与冲突最终导致博士生教育质量保障难以达到理想效果。此外,大学学术文化与博士生教育质量保障制度的错位在客观上也影响了相关保障制度的实施。
In recent years, doctoral students have been a research force for Chinese major universities with far-reaching influence on research activities and research organization man ners in the universities. Rapid development in scale has highlighted many problems of quality assurance of doctoral education: the quality assurance institution tends to overemphasize administration tools, the inherent defects exist in the institutions, and the institution also is influenced by the set of institutions where it is embedded; the mentor-student communities are influenced separately by the three different institutional logics of the administration systems, academic communities and social system, and the conflicts between these logics lead to the bad effects of the quality assurance institutions. Additionally, mismatch of the university cultures with the assurance institutions also leads to bad effect of the quality assurance.
