79例手足口病并发急性弛缓性麻痹患儿临床分析 被引量：7

摘要 手足口病（hand-foot—mouth disease，HFMD）是肠道病毒引起的急性传染病，多见于婴幼儿，春夏季高发，大多数患儿症状轻微，有自限性。
