摘要
基于资源基础理论的视角,运用组织行为与人力资源管理理论、创新理论等,通过实证研究验证了组织学习在先进制造技术应用水平对企业创新能力影响关系中的中介作用以及高绩效工作系统对其影响关系的调节作用,从而构建了先进制造技术应用水平转化为以创新能力为核心的竞争优势的演化路径。
Based on the theoretical perspective of the resource-based views, this study, by using the theories ot organizational behavior and human resource management and innovation theory, verifies through empirical research the intermediary role of organizational learning in the relationship between advanced manufacturing technology ap- plication level and enterprises innovation ability, as well as the adjusting effects of high performance work systems on the relationship. It then builds the evolutionary path Of advanced manufacturing technology into innovation as the core competitive advantage.
