摘要
采用Bisar3.0程序对设置ATB柔性基层的沥青路面结构进行力学响应分析,分析各结构层层底最大拉应力随ATB层厚度和模量的变化趋势。结果表明,上面层、下面层和基层的层底最大拉应力随ATB模量和厚度的增大而增大;中面层的层底最大拉应力随ATB层厚度的增大、模量的降低而增大;底基层的层底最大拉应力随ATB模量和厚度的增大而减小;根据各结构层层底最大拉应力的分析结果和2100万交通轴载作用寿命下的要求,综合推荐ATB层的合理厚度范围为6~14cm、合理模量范围为1000~1400MPa。
Mechanical response analysis is conducted on the structure of asphalt pavement with ATB flexible base course with Bisar3.0. The change trend of maximum tensile stress of each structure layer bottom along with the thickness and modulus of ATB layer is analyzed. The result shows that the maximum tensile stress of bottom of up- per surface, lower surface and base course increases with the increase of modulus and thickness of ATB ; the maxi- mum tensile stress of bottom of middle surface increases with the increase of thickness and decrease of modulus of ATB ; the maximum tensile stress of bottom of subbase course decreases with the increase of modulus and thickness of ATB ; According to the analysis result on the maximum tensile stress of bottom of each structure layer and re- quirements for service life under 21,000,000 traffic axial load, the reasonable thickness range is comprehensively recommended to be 6cm N 14cm and reasonable modulus range to be 1000MPa - 1400MPa for ATB base course.
