摘要
以二乙三胺五乙酸(dtpa)为配体合成含有自由羧酸基的稀散金属离子InⅢ配合物,分子式为K[InⅢ(Hdtpa)].3.5H2O。[InⅢ(Hdtpa)]-配离子中InⅢ与来自同一个二乙三胺五乙酸的三个氮原子和四个氧原子构成七配位面冠三方柱体结构。其中[InⅢ(Hdtpa)]-配离子提供一个可用于修饰的未参与配位的自由羧酸基(-CH2COOH),配合物通过修饰与具有定向功能的生物大分子相接可形成定向放射性抗肿瘤药物。
The In complex with dtpa as the ligand was synthesized and its composition and structure were characterized as K[ In(Hdtpa) ] · 3.5H2O. In ion is coordinated by three nitrogen atoms and four carboxyl oxygen atoms from one dtpa ligand, forming a coordina- tion polyhedron of seven-coordinate pseudo-monocapped trigonal prism. The complex anion [ In (Hdtpa)] -can provide a free carboxyl group(-CH2COOH) which can be used for further embellishment. The results provide convincing scientific basis for further investiga- tion and development of tumor-targeting diagnostic and therapeutic drugs.
