摘要
为了研究路面结构对沥青路面抗车辙性能的影响,在车辙试验的基础上,采用有限元方法建立组合结构车辙试验模型,分析组合结构车辙试验的可行性,提出组合结构车辙试验合适的试件厚度宜大于10cm。根据车辙试验设备和试验方法,开发组合结构车辙试模,并提出组合结构车辙试验方法。针对沥青层厚度、层间接触条件和结构层强度比影响因素,进行组合结构车辙试验,进一步验证组合结构车辙试验的可行性,同时分析上述结构因素对沥青路面高温性能的影响规律。研究结果有助于改善高温条件下的沥青路面材料和结构组合设计。
In order to simulate the influences of pavement structure factors on high temperature performance of asphalt pavement,the finite element method was applied to establish composite structure wheel tracking test model.According to that,the feasibility of composite structure wheel tracking test was analyzed.The results of finite element analysis show that,the appropriate thickness of specimen should be greater than 10 cm.Then,according to wheel tracking test equipment and test method,the mold and the test method for composite structure wheel tracking test was developed.Finally,aiming at the influencing factor,the composite structure wheel tracking test was conducted for structures of different asphalt layer thickness,interlayer bonding condition and layer strength ratio.According to the test results,the feasibility of this test was verified and the influence of these factors on high temperature performance of asphalt pavement was analyzed.Results of this research are helpful to improve the material and structure design of asphalt pavement.
