摘要
目的初步分析EDTA依赖性血小板减少的现象及原因。方法对42例EDTA依赖性血小板减少患者重新抽血,检测不同时间段血小板和白细胞的变化并与手工计数相比较,同时检测其血沉和免疫球蛋白。结果 EDTA-K2抗凝血血小板和白细胞在10min内上机检测,其结果与手工法差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在30min以后与手工法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较EDTA依赖性血小板减少症患者和健康对照者的血沉、IgG及IgM,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而IgA差异不明显。结论 EDTA依赖性血小板减少症可能与血小板本身、自身抗体及其他疾病因素有关,应引起临床重视。
Objective To investigate the phenomenon and causes of EDTA-dependent thrombocytopenia. Methods The blood of 42 patients with EDTA-dependent thromboeytopenia were collected. The changes in platelet and leukocyte counts in different time periods were detected by machine and compared to that by manual count. The erythrocyte sedimentation rate and immunoglobulin were also tested. Results Detected within 10 min on the machine, the results of EDTA-K+ anti-clotting platelets and white blood cells showed no statistically significant differ- ence from the results obtained by manual methods (P〉0.05), but the difference was statistically significant after 30 rain (P〈0.05). The erythrocyte sedimentation rate, IgM and IgG was statistically significant different in EDTA-depen- dent thrombocytopenia patients and healthy controls (P〈0.05), while IgA was not. Conclusion EDTA-dependent thrombocytopenia might be correlated to its own platelet, antibodies and disease, which should be paid more attention to in clinical practice.
