摘要
采用单因素实验研究微波辅助提取液料比、提取时间和微波功率对甜菊糖苷得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上,根据Box-Behnken实验设计原理,设计三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,建立二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,所得微波辅助提取甜菊糖苷的较优参数为液料比22:1(mL:g)、提取时间12min、微波功率500W。实际测得甜菊糖苷得率为90.6mg/g,与理论预测值基本相符。
The effect of liquid to material ratio,microwave processing time and microwave power on extraction rate of stevioside in leaves of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni were studied by single-factor experiments.On the basis of single-factor experiments,a quadratic polynomial regression equation of the forecasting model was set up using Box-Behnken design of three factors and three levels.The optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were concluded as follows:liquid to material ratio 22:1(mL:g),microwave treatment time 12min,microwave power 500W.The actual detection value of stevioside extraction rate was 90.6mg/g,which was almost equal to the predictable value.
