摘要
目的：通过对我国2011年上报的2666例角膜接触镜引起的不良事件进行分析,探讨角膜接触镜不良事件发生的原因,并提出有效的预防措施。方法：对我国2011年度在全国药品不良反应监测系统中采集的2666例角膜接触镜不良事件有效报告进行相关的统计分析。结果：女性不良反应的发生率高于男性,不良反应的发生年龄以21~30岁年龄段为主（1563例,占58.63%）,不良事件主要表现是眼有异物感。结论：加强对角膜接触镜的监管力度,并重点教育在校学生和20~30岁人群正确使用角膜接触镜和对并发症进行正确处理。
Objective： By analysis to the 2666 cases of contact lens ADR in 2011,in order to find the reason and preventive measures.Methods： 2666 cases of contact lens,which come from national center for ADR monitoring system in 2011 were related to the effective statistical analysis.Results： The incidence of adverse reactions of women higher than men,the incidence of adverse reactions to 21-30 years of age,the age-based（1563 cases,accounting for 58.63%）,adverse events,mainly the eye,foreign body sensation.Conclusion： Strengthening the supervision of the contact lens,and focus on educating school students and 20-30 yearolds the right contact lens use and proper handling of complications.
