摘要
为给我国景颇人的临床鼻部整形与美容外科、人类学、民族学和法医学提供相关的数据，对世居云南的611名（男277人，女334人）正常景颇族人鼻外形进行了形态观察和测量调查。调查对象分为少年组、青年组和成年人三组。结果：景颇族高型鼻根多见，平均55．83％；界尖方向呈向前状型，平均81．17％；鼻基底呈水平状型，平均79．17％；鼻翼微突型，平均用．83％；鼻外侧形态直型，平均74．83％；鼻指数分型以中鼻型（70.0～84．9）为主。景颇族男女两性的鼻高平均49．09mm，鼻长平均41．99mm，鼻宽平均36．44mm，鼻指数平均74．93mm，但两性差异显著。他们的鼻深平均14．59mm，鼻深指数平均40．19mm，两性差异不显著。景颇族成年组与青年组各鼻测量值均无显著性的差异，但他们与少年级各鼻测量值却有显著性循差异，提示景颇族人鼻的发育在青年组已趋于稳定。
The objective of this survey was to provide data for clinical plastics of nose, medical aesthetics and cosmetology, anthropology, nationality study and medical jurisprudence. We carried out a somatological survey on the nose of 611 Jingpo people living in Yunnan. The survey covered 277 males (aged 15 to 60 years) and 334females (aged 13 to 55 years). The findings of the features of nose are as follows: the Nasal Root Height is high (average 55. 83%) ; the Nasal Tip ixrection is forward (average 81. 17%) ; the Nasal Base is horizontal (average 79. 17 % ); the Alae Nasi is slightly projecting (average 91. 83% ) ; the Nasal Profile is straight (average 74. 83% ).The type of the Nasal lndex is middle (70. 0-84. 9). The average of the Nasal Height (NH) of both male and female is 49. 09mm, the average of the Nasal Length (NL) is 41.99mm, the average of the Nasal Breadth (NB) is 36. 44mm, the average of the Nasal Index is 74.93, but there is significant differencz between male and female. The average of the Nasal Depth (ND) is 14. 59mm, the average of the Nasal Deep Index is 40. 19; there is no significant difference between male and female. There is no difference between adults and youths, but there is marked difference between adults and teenagers, suggesting that the development of the nose of the Jingpo people tends to end up in youth.
