摘要
从齿槽转矩及电磁转矩两个方面分析定子斜槽结构对永磁同步电动机的影响,利用二维有限元分层法,对永磁同步电动机直槽结构与斜槽结构进行对比,并分析不同斜槽结构永磁同步电动机齿谐波、起动性能及脉动转矩的影响。
This paper analyzes the influence of stator skewed-slot on PM synchronous motor from two aspects of cogging torque and electromagnetic torque. PM synchronous motor with straight slot is compared with skewed slot by 2D finite-element subsection method. The influence of various skewed-slot structures on tooth harmonic, starting performance and pulsating torque of PM synchronous motor are analyzed also.
