摘要
利用烟草热湿处理特性在线分析装置,对5种白肋烟干燥动力学特性进行实验研究.在考察干燥介质温度、湿度对白肋烟干燥过程的影响基础上,利用修正的菲克模型予以模拟,结果表明:湿度为0.11 kg/kg,干燥温度在100~160℃内,有效扩散系数De值随着温度的升高而逐渐增大;温度为130℃,干空气湿度在0.05~0.23 kg/kg内,De值随着湿度升高而逐渐降低.
The feature of drying kinetices of five burely tobacco were studied with an online device of heat- ing-moisture treatment for analyzing, based on investigating the effects of temperature and relative humidity of medium on drying process,it was simulated using modified Fick's model. The results showed that the ef- fective diffusion coefficient De value increases gradually with the temperature when humidity is 0.11 kg/ kg,drying temperature is within 100 - 160 ℃ ,the De value reduces as humidity rises gradually when tem- perature is 130 ℃ ,dry air humidity is 0.05 -0.23 kg/kg.
