摘要
目的 :分析疑难危重病例率 (CD率 )和病例优良率 ,验证病例分型分级的合理性和稳定性。方法 :采用第二炮兵总医院研制的软件“病例分型质量费用分级监控管理系统”完成病例分型分级 ,应用 SAS6 .12软件从不同的角度进行统计分析。结果 :医院规模越大 ,所处的地区经济越发达 ,CD率越高 ,同等级别医院的病例 CD率不受时间、地域分布的影响。病例优良率不受医院规模、医院收容数、所在经济区域、所在地域等因素的影响。 结论 :CD率可作为测评医院规模和技术水平的重要指标 ;病例优良率可用以评价医院、科室。
Objective: To analyze case difficulty danger rates (CD rates) and case eligible rates, and to validate the rationality and stability of case branch and classification. Methods: Using the software “classification supervise system for medical quality and charge” by General Hospital of PLA Second Artillery Forces to complete case classification. Using SAS software to analyze hospitals' data through various aspects. Results: The larger the hospital, the higher the CD rates. The more developed the area where the hospital located, the higher the CD rates. For equal level hospitals, CD rates were independent from time and area. The eligible rates were irrelevant to hospital size and economic condition in the area. Conclusion: Case CD rates can be used as an important index for judging the size and technology of a hospital. The eligible rates can be used to evaluate the medical quality of hospitals, section offices and doctors.
