舒肝解郁联合盐酸文拉法辛对脑卒中后抑郁的疗效观察被引量：16

摘要目的观察舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法将120例脑卒中患者随机分为对照组(n=60),单纯盐酸文拉法辛治疗;联合组(n=60),在盐酸文拉法辛治疗基础上加服舒肝解郁胶囊。6周为1个疗程,观察比较两组患者治疗前、后症状改善情况。结果经6周治疗,两组症状均有改善,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸文拉法辛治疗脑卒中后抑郁障碍疗效确切。
