摘要
高校学报作为高校学者科研成果发表的重要平台,对中国科技文化知识的交流与传播作出了不可磨灭的贡献。但在数量和规模较大发展的同时,质量不高的问题却一直存在。造成学报低水平运营的原因是复杂多样的,现有的职称评定、学位评定制度以及学报定位扭曲是不可忽视的两大重要因素,因此制度上相应的改革势在必行。
College and university journals, an important platform for scholars to publish their scientific research achievement, have made an indelible contribution to the exchange and dissemination of Chinafs scientific and cultural knowledge. While college and university journals develop rapidly in number and scale, low quality always exists. Complex and various reasons account for the low level operation of journals： the present evaluation of professional fi- ties. Academic degree evaluation system and the distortion of journal assessment are the two important factors that can not be neglected. Therefore corresponding reforms on system are imperative.
