摘要
立式金属罐容量的准确计量非常重要。使用全站仪法对立式金属罐容量进行检定,通过近四年的理论和试验研究,对立式罐检定中的技术问题进行了解决。试验数据表明,使用全站仪法检定立式金属罐容量能完全符合规程要求,且效率高,数据准,并避免了高空作业的危险,值得在立式金属罐容量检定/校准领域推广。
The calibration accuracy of vertical tank is important for tank use. It is time-consumed for the the former two methods defined by the regulation used now. According to the total station method, vertical tank can be calibrated by high efficiency. The difficulties for using this method was discussed and solved. Some experiments have been done, and the results showed that the total station method was accurate and with high efficiency. By using this method, working high above the ground could be avoided.
