摘要
研究目的:科学地开展土地资源评价和规划,实现土地合理、有效利用。研究方法:以重庆长寿湖周边地区为例,利用RS与GIS技术,借助地质、地球化学、遥感等多源信息,运用层次分析法选取评价指标,通过专家打分确定权重,使用多指标评价模型、模糊数学和叠加分析相结合的方法,建立了一套土地适宜性评价指标体系。以土地的社会属性为重点,结合当地政府对研究区在一小时经济圈的具体定位,对其土地利用现有结构进行了科学调整。研究结果:遥感影像与评价结果叠加实现三维可视化,让决策者简单直观的了解土地利用情况,为土地规划提供科学依据。研究结论:以土地自然属性为基础的适宜性评价,和以社会属性为重点的土地结构调整方法,可很好的结合研究区自身的发展特点,对其未来的发展制定合理的土地规划,可为重庆一小时经济圈内其他地方的土地评价与规划提供思路。
The purpose of this paper is to find the ways for reasonably and efficiently using land resources through land evaluation and planning. We conduct a case study at an area around Changshou lake in Chongqing. By using RS and GIS technology, with the help of multi-source data, which includes geophysical, geochemical, and RS information, a set of land suitability evaluation index system was established through methods including the AHP, multi-index evaluation, fuzzy mathematics and superposition analysis. Combined with the local government's concept on the one-hour economic circle, a scientific adjustment on the land use structure has been made regarding its social attributes. We found that the 3D visualization of land evaluation results overlaid with remote sensing image has intuitively displayed land using situation, and it would be helpful for polieymakers to reasonably make decisions. The study has shown that the method of land suitability evaluation and consolidation based on the natural and social attribute, could serve better reference for the future land rational planning. It could provide new ideas for land evaluation and consolidation in other areas within the one-hour economic circle in Chongqing.
