摘要
目的测量成都地区成年汉族人群Hertel眼球突出度,探讨其与年龄、性别和眶距之间的关系。方法横断面研究。采用同一Hertel突眼计由同一名检查者对2011年7月期间1193名体检人群进行眼球突出度测定,记录年龄、性别和眶距。结果 1193名体检人群中女性261例,男性932例,平均眼球突出度为(15.0±2.2)mm,两眼眼突差均小于2mm,两眼眼球突出度之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。男性眼球突出度范围为6～22mm,均值分别为左眼(15.3±2.2)mm,右眼(15.0±2.1)mm。女性眼球突度范围为5～20mm,均值分别为左眼(14.1±2.0)mm,右眼(14.0±2.0)mm,男性眼球突出度高于女性(P<0.05)。眼球突出度与年龄有关,20～60人群眼球突出度高于20岁以下和60岁以上人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。眶距和两眼眼球突出度之间有高度正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论国人眼球突出度为18～22mm时需用进一步检查,而大于22mm或两眼眼突差>2mm者可能存在病理性变化。有关年龄和性别对眼球突出度的影响,还需要进一步随机抽样研究。
Objective To measure the hertel exophthalmos of Han adults in Chengdu region and to discuss its relation with age, sex and orbital distance. Methods Cross - sectional study was applied. The examiner measured the exoph- thalmos of 1193 people receiving physical examination in July, 2011 with the same Hertel Exophthalmometer and recod- ed down their age, sex and orbital distance. Results Out of the 1193 cases, 261 were female and 932 were male ; the average exophthalmos was 15.0 ± 2.2mm, the exophthalmos difference between the two eyes was 〈 2mm with no signif- icance （P 〉0. 05） ; the exophthalmos of males scaled from 6mm to 22mm , the average of left eye was 15.3 ±2.2mm and that of right eye was 15.0 ±2. lmm; t the exophthalmos of females scaled from 5mm to 20mm, the average of left eye was 14. 1 ± 2.0mm and that of right eye was 14.0 ± 2. 0mm ; the exophthalmos of males was higher than that of fe- males （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; there existed a certain relationship between exophthalmos and age ; the exophthalmos of people aged from 20 to 60 years old was higher than that of people under 20 years old and that of people over 60 years old, the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; orbital distance was in positive correlation to exophthalmos of the two eyes （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Further examination is needed when exophthlamos reaches from 18mm to 22mm, and pathological changes should be taken into consideration if exophthalmos is over 22mm or the exophthalmos differ-ence of the two eyes is 〉 2mm ; more study is needed to explore the correlation of age and sex with exphthalmos.
