摘要
针对大规模定制模式下的产品配置问题,确立了产品订单的量化数学模型,算法将订单的配置过程分为确定各目标权重、降低算法空间复杂度、多目标寻优等3个阶段,从而达到优化配置的目的。仿真结果表明,算法具有较好的收敛性,适合在大规模定制技术模式下解决多目标优化问题。
To deal with product configuration in mass customization production, a mathematical model and an ant colony algorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are established. The method divides the configuration process into three layers, which determine the weights of sub-objective functions, decrease the complexity of configuration space, and multi-objective optimization problem. The method can serve the purpose of optimizing the product configuration.
