摘要
农业机械化是农业现代化的重要标志之一,也是实现农业现代化的前提。新世纪以来,甘肃省农业机械化发展水平不断提高。基于对甘肃省农业机械化发展现状的描述,以2009年甘肃省及14个地市州的相关统计数据为依据,构建农业机械化发展水平测算指标体系,测算出2009年甘肃省及14个地市州农业机械化发展水平。结果表明,全省农业机械化发展水平中河西地区最高,中东部、中南部次之。而影响全省农业机械化发展水平的因素主要有自然、经济、交通、能源、社会服务体系等。据此,认为应通过优化农机区域布局、加大农机具补贴、加强农机教育培训、完善农机服务体系等提升甘肃省农业机械化发展水平。
Agricultural mechanization is one of the important signs of agricultural modernization,but also it is a premise for agricultural modernization.Since the new century,Gansu agricultural mechanization development level enhances unceasingly.Based on the development status and the relative statistic data of Gansu agricultural mechanization in 2009 constructing agricultural mechanization development level measuring index system,computing agricultural mechanization development level of Gansu Province and its subordinate 14 district.Then,the paper think that the Gansu Province in western region agricultural mechanization levels of highest,Midwest and south region is not very high.And the influence of Gansu agricultural mechanization levels is physical,economic,and transportation and energy,social service system,and other factors.Therefore,the optimization of agricultural machinery area layout,strengthen the education training,strengthening agricultural subsidies,improve the service system of agricultural machinery,and further improve agricultural mechanization development level in Gansu Province.
