The course of China's urbanization has gradually widened the gap between rural migrant workers and citizens. Based on relevant sociological theories, the investigation, conducted using the approach of studying documents and questionnaire survey, researched into rural migrant workers' participation and social inclusiveness. The result shows that from the viewpoint of culture, rural migrant workers' participation in sports activities is directly proportional to the degree of their cultural integration. Rural migrant workers' participation in sports activities is influenced by elements of cultural dimension, including education levels and modern concepts; from the viewpoint of social economy, rural migrant workers' economic integration takes on the same variation tendency as rural migrant workers' participation in sports activities. Social and economic status has influence on individuals' participation in sports activities. The integration of social economic status helps promote people' s participation in sports activities and enhances the equalization of sports participation opportunities; from the viewpoint of psychology, social disparity that rural migrant workers have toward citizens is obviously lower than that citizens have toward rural migrant workers. Among the sports participants, the more obvious that the homogenization of rural migrant workers' social status is, the more distinct that the homogenization between sports participants and non--sports participants will become. Correspondingly, the more obvious that the difference is, the bigger that the differentiation with stimulatory effect will become.
